I am a chapter/district representative, do I need to attend all three days?

Yes, in order for your chapter or district to receive credit for attendance, you must be present at all MuCon 2020 functions. Attendance will be taken each day. Please email programming@msu1981.org with any questions. Please allow (48) business hours for a response.

How do I get the Active Sister Rate Code or New Member Rate code?

Codes are emailed out to sisters at the beginning of the ticket tier sales. Please check your email for the code. All emails are based on the email address listed in OrgSync. If you have not received the code, I would check the email you have listed. If you still have not received it, please email programming@msu1981.org with any questions. What is the hotel cancellation policy?

Any room cancelled within (7) Seven days of arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax. Any room cancelled within (72) Seventy two hours of arrival will be charged the full room rate and tax of the confirmed reservation.

What is included in the room rate?

Complimentary, Wi-Fi, parking, 24 hours fitness center and a shuttle (*5mile radius) is included in this room rate.

What is the Check In/Check Out Policy?

Check in is a 4:00pm or later. Anyone arriving prior to 4:00pm will be assigned a room based on availability. Check out time is 12:00noon.

What is the MuCon refund policy?

Refunds are only available through 03/15/20. After that we recommend selling your ticket to another attendee and initiating a ticket transfer. For any additional questions please reach out to programming@msu1981.org Please allow (48) business hours for a response.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, you do not have to have a printed ticket for this event. We will need you to pull up your ticket on your email so that we can scan your code and check you in. Please make sure you have valid ID.

Can I update my registration information?

You can update your registration information, however we recommend you doing so prior to the beginning of the late tier. After the late tier begins we cannot guarantee that updated information will be utilized due order deadlines. Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

You can transfer registrations for this event. We do recommend that you transfer any tickets prior to the late tier beginning. After the late tier begins we cannot guarantee that updated information will be utilized due order deadlines. Please note that some ticket types such as the Neophyte rate are only transferable to other Neophytes. Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

There will be a wristband given to all attendees upon checking in at registration. You will need to have this on at all times during the course of the weekend as that is your ticket into each event. If you do not have an event wristband on and do not have proof of registration you will be respectfully removed from the event.
