The Future Female CEO’s Booklist

After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Kean University with her Master’s of Public Administration (MPA) degree, concentration in Nonprofit Management in 2016, Alicia-Ann Caesar, Vice President for the Mu Sigma Upsilon Foundation, Inc. has decided to continue her education and pursue a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Montclair State University.

Did you know that just 24 female CEOs lead the companies on the 2018 Fortune 500? That’s 25% fewer than last year and only a whopping 5% of the top 500. Alicia-Ann’s goal is to not only be one of those leaders but to one day create and run an organization that supports the growth of the female CEO number.

In each of her MBA classes her professors have stressed how important reading is to CEOs (of all genders) so she has put together a list of books that would be great for all of us to read in 2019!
